Why Didn't Itachi Tell Hiruzen About Danzo

Why would Shisui tell him that? Shisui knew just as well as Itachi that if stuff like that wasn't reported then the Uchiha would just be wiped out. Withholding that information wouldn't have done any good.

The info about Danzo taking Shisui's eye? Because if Itachi told Hiruzen then he might confront Danzo about it and then Danzo would know that Itachi had the other eye and want that as well. Or Hiruzen would do nothing to reprimand Danzo, just as he's done nothing in the past. I don't see it doing it doing any good if they told Hiruzen either.

Hiruzen knew everything about Danzo from the beginning, it's not like Danzo was trying to hide everything from Hiruzen either. I can definitely agree with that. All of this pretty much boils down to Hiruzen. Even if he didn't know everything about Root's doings, he was obviously still aware that Root was up to some shady and unethical stuff.

Danzo doesn't want peace..i thought he did earlier but recent anime episodes show that Danzo was a sadist bastard. I have no idea how a hokage like hiruzen could keep such a shrewd and sinister person as companion

Danzo would have used Izanagi and at the end, Hiruzen won't remember what Itachi said..(OR Shishui's Kotoamatsukami)
Also,Itachi might be disliking Uchihas for what they were doing.
