Why Didnt Itachi Kill Madara?

If Itachi could have killed Madara then he would have. He knew enough of Madara's plans to know that he was a threat.
The only reason he didn't kill Madara was that he couldn't. The best he could do was keep an eye on him.

Sines at the time Itachi was under Danzo command, you would need to learn why Danzo did not order Itachi nor send help to Itachi in the form of the Root Organization for witch Itachi worked for to stop Madara, most likely Danzo still needed Madara for His future take over of the Village and only then would Danzo as Hokage would have moved against Madara, the same would go for Orochimaru. Sines Danzo could have send people to stop Him too but did not. The key would have to be Danzo in both cases at the time it sooted Danzo to keep Madara and Orochimaru free and lose to keep Danzo and His organization going till all of Danzo plans came to fruition.
The bigger mystery was why didnt madara simply just get rid of itachi. Madara clearly has advanatge against anyone he fights with that time space tech thats puts in another dimmension.
I guess Madara and itachi were profiting from there illusive partnerships in some way.
I feel Madara may well deal with edo itachi, got a feeling it would be a good way for itachi and madara to reveal the whole stpry and not just what either them told sasuke which clearly had decption all over it.

Madara didn't reveal all his secrets to Itachi because he knew that Itachi would kill him. So with insufficient knowledge on Madara, bottom line is, Itachi couldn't beat him.
Konan also couldn't after planning for over a month and using 600 billion i think it was, paper bombs and still failed.

Well its a theory that itachi could kill madara, a theory. It isnt actually mentioned by madara thats why he left itachi, just wanted to say that.
I think the only conlusion I can come up with is that madara knew iatchi had shuis's eye and that it could catch him in a genjutsu and maynot have an allie at that time to help him out snap put of the genjutsu. Basiclly what im saying I dont think zetsu was around in this time period. And so madara i guess was cautious.
Also Itachi did madara a favour anyway. He killed the clan and swayed suspision away from himself from the masciree and everyone blamed itachi.
So this also was happening so madara had uses for itachi too.
what can i say the guy is cunning to the max.
You cant snap someone out of Koto Amatsuki, its the greatest genjutsu of all (stated in Manga). The victim does not even notice that he is under the influence of Koto Amatsuki.
Thats why everyone fought for Shisui´s eye until he gave his life to prevent that, also he awakened Itachi´s MS and gave him his own MS.

all i kno is if i was uchiha i wouldnt want to kill 1 of the last uchihas lol or attempt it..its 3 left and they got to stick together xD...but i geuss in their culture its village over fam
yeah but u saw what happened about itachi's back up plan in which he planted a one time activating amaterasu in sasuke's eyes to protect him from madara and i also believe itachi has no knowledge of izanagi toohe doesn't need to much knowledge to fight an enemyhes smart
and madara said itachi could kill him
