Naruto had others to rely on. Obito believed bonds would only create darkness because he lost them, which is why he never made new ones because he is afraid of the pain they cause.
Used the name of obito and bashing naruto thats what your fuc**** habit
JUST BE BUTTHURT
BTW Naruto at the age of young obito mastered Rasengan which no one mastered it..
Young Naruto had the guts to never give up but Young Obito always give up
Young Naruto Faced numerous Pain but he didn't change his way which Young obito lacks
So, Get your mind straight because you always lack sense

Obito had kakashi and minato had he came back. Naruto spent more time alone. Obito also wasn't hated by the village unlike naruto.
By what you said obito's will was weaker also because he was afraid to lose his bonds, while naruto made more even though he knew he would have lost them in the war

Obito viewed Minato and Kakashi as trash just like himself because they failed to keep their promises. Obito sees Kakashi, Minato, and himself as part of the shinobi system that causes so much suffering, which is why he wants to change the situation they are in. He fights against the shinobi system which translates to Naruto and the villages which translates to the whole world
Obito was considered to be the black sheep of the uchiha. He was a nobody while Naruto was a somebody. This is a big difference. Naruto had the luxury of having replaceable bonds. Obito viewed his team as his family and the most important people in his life.

That's where he was wrong. Minato was doing something else and didn't have to babysit kakashi and rin. Agree with the rest of the paragraph
Actually no one knew naruto had those bonds except the elders and kakashi. Obito was part of uchiha, but naruto was the demon fox. Everyone hated him. Mizuki in chapter one explains why everyone hated naruto. The village only acknowledged naruto after pain arc
really nice thread man...agreed with everything.
its really awesome that Obito fans truly understand his character. unlike fan boys of some other characters that just wank on power.
Actually it has been said Uzumaki came from Senju they don't know if it's really true about that. For some reason, Naruto is reincarnated and he isn't a Senju at all.
i think obito and kakashi were the reincarnations before naruto and sasuke.
then again people will say from where did you get that info i'll answer:
logic! because:
the so6p said that hashirama and madara were the reincarnations before naruto and sasuke but he didn't say exactly before them i think there were many reincarnation's but they ended faster because of the lack in ashura's will of fire and in the hatred of indra just like how obito surrendered to despair; so that's why the so6p did not bother mentioning them.
I find it quite strange that Ashura took a long time to choose his successor (Naruto)
If Ashura was going to choose anybody, it should have been Obito
Now I am against Kishi's ideas of reincarnation, incarnation, prophecies, whatever
However, it still mind-boggling how Obito compared to Naruto, Sasuke, Madara, Hashirama, and other incarnations, is nothing special
But yet, he has the strongest willpower, one of the smartest minds, and has the capability of being the strongest character with both eyes.
He is similar to Naruto in many aspects but is greater overall than Naruto
1.) Unlike Naruto, Obito was talent-less and was considered to be the weakest Uchiha. On the other hand, Naruto was blessed with Kurama's chakra and was the son of a Hokage

2.) Obito cherished teamwork and his friends to the point that he was willing to die for them unlike early Naruto

3.) Obito did not want to lose his bonds with the people he loved and overcame Kaguya's Will, a trait that is shared with Ashura and his incarnations

4.) Without the tailed beasts, Naruto is inferior to top tier characters. He relies on them for his strength. On the other hand, Obito relies on his friends' strength because the power of the sharingan stems from the notion of cherishing and loving others

This was the reason why Obito unlocked the sharingan in the first place because he wanted to protect Kakashi
The reason why he awakened MS was because he lost the most important person in his life.
There is a misconception on how many Uchihas tend to solo and not rely on other's strength. The very fact that they rely on the sharingan represents how much they cherish the people they loved hence, Uchihas rely on others
It is a trait that Ashura possesses

Now I ask you, why wasnt Obito an incarnation of Ashura. Why is he an anomaly compared to other descendants of the So6p
1.) Is it because he is an Uchiha
But I thought Ashura takes in personality and traits into consideration
2.) Is it because he is not the main character and is not named after the series
Well, imo, he is more important than Naruto in terms of plot progression
3.) Is it because Obito is just plain flat out better than Ashura and all of his family members including So6p and Kaguya
I believe this one to be true because Obito achieved so much in life without having any connection to reincarnations, incarnations, prophecies, etc
-Ashura was reincarnated in his bloodline which was the Senjus and the Uzumaki stemmed from the Senjus. Obito doesn't have the strongest will power, he showed very little will power feat while other ninjas like Naruto, Lee, Gaara, Jiraiya (he actually willed himself back to life), Oonoki, Kisame, Zabuza and others all showed will power. Naruto showed the most will power feats while Jiraiya showed the best since he came back to life.
-"Unlike Naruto, Obito was talent-less and was considered to be the weakest Uchiha. On the other hand, Naruto was blessed with Kurama's chakra and was the son of a Hokage" this made no sense, unlike Obito who knew he was an Uchiha and could unlock his sharingan, Naruto grew up not knowing who his parents were and had to work harder than others just to be on their level. So unlike Obito who became chunin at age 9, Naruto who failed the academy 3 times to become genin at age 12. Obito had fire nature as a kid while Naruto didn't get wind element until he was 16. Naruto had Kurama chakra but did he know how to access it or that he had it? No, he had to learn he had Kurama and had to be trained to use just a small portion of it's power.
-Obito was a chunin, thus had more experience on missions at that point. Naruto was a genin and was scared at first but he jumped in head first against Zabuza even before Sasuke did and it was his plan that freed Kakashi from the water prison. Naruto jumped in front of a stronger enemy (Orochimaru) and was fighting while protecting Sasuke and Sakura. He risked his life again when he fought Gaara, more motivated to save Sakura than anything just like Obito for Rin but Naruto is a genin at this point and not a Chunin like Obito (Chunins are seen able to lead teams and having good judgments, like how Shikamaru was picked) so Naruto did what Obito did even when he was less experienced.
-" Without the tailed beasts, Naruto is inferior to top tier characters. He relies on them for his strength. On the other hand, Obito relies on his friends' strength because the power of the sharingan stems from the notion of cherishing and loving others " This makes no sense, the tailed beasts are Naruto's friends so this statement makes no sense, take away Naruto's power from his friends and do the same for Obito. Naruto base is jounin while he's mid-high kage level with SM (high when fused with Ma and Pa). On the fourth scan, try reading the page after that, it's hatred, lost and negative emotions that awaken the Sharingan and powers it up

, that's not a power Ashura would have.
-Unlike Naruto, Obito gave in to the hate and anger which made him evil. Obito lost Rin but instead of returning to Konoha to mourn with Kakashi, Minato and their friends and trying to become the man Rin would want him to be, he turns evil and try to gain more power to make his goals come true like Indra. Only reason Obito wasn't Indra's reincarnation is because Madara was still alive when Obito was born.
