Why did Naruto never use Wind element apart from Rasenshuriken?

I mean I don't understand, how come Naruto never used wind element for other things apart from Rasengan. I mean Naruto knows how to infuse his wind element to a weapon, I don't know why Naruto never bothered using wind element on his kunai against pain when his Sage mode disappeared. I mean Naruto was in base so I don't know why Naruto didn't combine wind element to his weapon.

It is weird that Naruto never combined his wind element with his special skill his shadow clone, imagine everytime someone attacks naruto clone, major damage.

Kishi wanted to keep naruto as simple as possible

Same reason why Minato didn't implement his elemental recomposition skills to other techniques aside from the Rasengan (because he failed). Likely because they found that their elemental manipulation was only effective through the Rasengan and that their fighting style doesn't benefit as much through elemental ninjutsu.

Because it was Kishimoto's decision. Naruto is a close range fighter so other wind jutsus probably wouldn't fit his fighting style.

But the thing is Naruto saw from Asuma how useful combining elemental nature to weapon is, plus Naruto already knew how to do it thanks to Asuma although not perfect since Naruto had to master wind nature.

Naruto knowing how to do it, but never doing it make no sense.

As for Hashirama Mokuton is way superior than Suiton and Doton, make sense why Hashirama doesn't use Suiton and Doton.

I was thinking the same thing awhile back it would of been cool to see were he would of toom it if kishi never nerf him ... Would help a lot against lightning users

Naruto isnt a skilled shinobi, him having multiple techniques wouldn't make sense. The only way kakashi was able was to teach him futon was a training plot hax that gave him weeks of training experience instantly. He's struggled to learn every jutsu he has. His style has always been raw power over skilled techniques, sasuke the opposite.

He did use it. It was a combination with yamato to cancel out kakazus combined attack. "Futton Rasengan" was what he called it.

Because spamming clones and rasengan variants is all you really need. plus by the time naruto learned his wind affinity, the powerscale of villains were just too strong, therefore he was better off just using rasengan for it's offensive power. also keep in mind that naruto always thought about the 4th hokage, he wanted to be similar to him, especially after finding out it was his father, minato.

Yeah, learning shadow clones seem to be the only thing that was easy for naruto to obtain.
