How exactly did he get nerfed? Sasuke is going against people who could neg those people he fought against. The power scale has been pushed way past everyone else and Sasuke still is doing good. I'm not sure what you are expecting...

This is Kagaya, the one who is famed for soloing NV, the one who started everything, the one who can take TSB with just chakra fists, seriously she is stronger than anyone else. None of Sasuke's or Naruto's current powers are match against her, so far their best bet is to seal her and pray that they don't get wrecked in the process. As for his swaping thing, it seems he can use it roughly three times and the recharge factor isn't long. Sasuke is still capable of using PS while his eye is recovering also.

Well that's what happens when you start turning characters into superman. you eventually have to either tone them down. or make thier enemies weaker. think about it. madara owned EVERY SINGLE TAILED BEAST. that's including naruto and the black ninja. he did that with ONE EYE. now, he gets a power up and gets even stronger. now he is basically a god. what happens? guy kicks his ass. so basically guy is stronger than the damn sage. if you think about it based on what we saw manga before last. sasuke should be able to get to kaguya whenever the hell he wants. if he could change places with sakuras jacket, why not kaguyas clothes. also i have said this before. i feel that this whole one eye rinnegan thing has a gimmicky feel to it. so far i have seen one technique. i am almost certain that this one technique will be used to defeat kaguya. which means that the whole purpose of him getting the technique was for kaguya. i am wondering if he will use izanagi to lose his sharringan and have an excuse to get the other rinnegan.
Sasuke is still a formidable opponent. Only then lube loving Naruto fruit lobby can't get enough of that Uzumaki appendage, to shrug off the tremors of self-induced, sphincter tightening orgasm ... solely directed at Naruto. That is the only thing preventing them from seeing actual manga facts.
Sasuke is still fast, its just that the current battlefield has so many fast people and Sasuke pales in comparison to them. He is fast on ground but not as fast as Naruto in the Kurama chakra mode. Naruto was also Nerfed because his speed began to increase when he got Kurama chakra and he move when he punched Kisame in his sword spy mode but now he is still fast but not like the yellow flash of his dad.
The problem is that every opponent now has speed like Obito, Madara and now Kaguya so u can't complain.
As for Sasuke's genjutsu, it is still good but it is not his strong attack. He can still put ordinary guys in genjutsu but like what Danzo said; Sasuke's genjutsu pales in comparison to Itachi's, this is because Sasuke is unable to change the genjutsu world or manipulate time like Itachi. When Itachi got Kakashi under a few seconds Kakashi felt like he was there for 3 days

1. Current Sasuke can neg-low difficulty minato regardless of his versions.
2. Madara had nagato test run his rinnegan out, Sasuke has had his tomoe rinnegan( which must be stronger than a basic rinnegan) for a couple chapters. Not to mention a lot of the paths would be useless against kagaya. She isn't launching anything preta could absorb, the duo are having a hard time even touching her to seal her, I can see the rockets from whatever path to be a diversion, and animal summons are basically fodder against her. Sasuke will need brand new techniques.
this isn't referring to current sasuke mostly but previous versions. at the five kage summit sasuke put that fodder cloud ninja C(shee) in a genjutsu.. it took him a minute to 30 seconds to do a regular sharingan genjutsu and it hurt his eyes afterwards. later he used a genjutsu on danzo and both obito and danzo noted that sasuke wasn't good at genjutsu.
HOWEVER at the beginning of the series up until sasuke fought bee sasuke was quite good at genjutsu. he placed deidara who trained to counter genjutsu under one THREE times, put numerous cloud fodder under genjutsu instantly, made sai fall on his arse for amusement, placed a perfect jin under a genjutsu(albeit he broke out later), and even broke tsukuyomi.
that's not the only thing that was nerfed but sasukes speed was also nerfed. sasuke was shown to be one of the fastest characters in the series in both shunshin and regular speed. after getting ms he got slower for no reason in both and even after getting power ups from hagoromo hes fast but its not all that great all things considered. why u do sauce like dat kishi?
You do know Sasuke begins fighting stronger ninjas right? What is considered strong for some is weak for others. He caught Shi off guard as Shi said he used Juugo as a distraction so straight up it probably wouldn't have worked on Shi who is a sensor. Danzo said Sasuke's Genjutsu isn't as strong as Itachi's and Danzo have been alive for many years so he probably have fought really strong genjutsu users and as for Obito, Obito controlled Kurama with his 3 tomoes Sharingan when Sasuke and Itachi said they need the MS for so him saying that isn't that hard to believe.
Sasuke wasn't nerf in speed, like I said before, he was fast to some but to others who are strong and can keep up with fast people, Sasuke wouldn't seem as fast. Example, Sasuke considered Zabuza fast and strong, do you think Sasuke in the beginning of Shippuden would still find Zabuza amazingly fast and strong? No because he's stronger at that point just like the people Sasuke fight against. Sasuke didn't get slower, he faced people faster than him such Itachi, Bee, A, and Obito. Sasuke haven't trained since before he suppressed Orochimaru inside his body so it's not like his Genjutsu skills and speed are just going to increase, his powerups are in his eyes which doesn't affect his body.

Who is faster than Sasuke at foot-speed, bar Kaguya? But she hasn't been using her feet for any physical toil anyway. I completely disagree with you points about Genjutsu as well.
