Why did Kaguya fear Momoshiki

2. Kaguya prepares a Zetsu army to face him.

3. Momoshiki has a counter to every jutsu Kaguya has, and Kaguya has a counter to every jutsu Momoshiki has. Which means neither Kaguya nor Momoshiki can use ninjutsu, AND Momoshiki is outright stronger in brute strength, and that's where he dominates Kaguya.

OT. She feared any sort of chakra fruit thieves. It isn't limited to momo. For all we know, there could be a being who has eaten several chakra fruits and is hellbent on taking other planets chakra fruit.
