Why did Hiruzen get so scared when Orochimaru summoned Minato

Seeing the Hashirama and Tobirama being summoned he looked surprised but when Orochimaru summoned Minato he looked like was gonna sh*t his pants. Do anyone have any ideas why? Me personally would be more scared of the 1st and 2nd Hokage being summoned.

1. He didn't actually summon Minato. He knew if the first two were Shodai and Nidaime, the only other Hokage (under the context of the situation it would only be another Hokage) was Minato.

2. His worried nature in that situation was probably because at that point in the series Minato was considered a legend/OP/a real threat during that specific scenario. Not to mention 4 vs 1 with 3 hokages doing Oro's bidding is scary as it is.

He didn't stop Minato, the Edo Tensei failed.

The fact that Hiruzen was able to stop an Edo from being summoned by the summoner is a testament to his legendary skill. No other character has countered Edo Tensei in such a way.

Cause who wants to fight 3 Hokages and Oro at once? The first two were summoned quickly. There was a slight delay with the 3rd so Hiruzen tried to stop that shit but the summoning failed anyway.
Plus Hiruzen saw Minato seal the Kyuubi inside him. An Edo Jin would be a disaster for Hiruzen.

Because the FTG most likely was something that Hiruzen wasn't very well suited against.

While Tobirama and Hashirama were in weakened conditions, Minato would have virtually had his full arsenal since it simply revolves around FTG.

It would have been too much.
