Why couldn't Nagato/Pain use Limbo?

it exists but for some dumb reason noone tried to even skimmed through it...Kay
Weird thing is that I didn't find a page of Limbo in the databook. Or at least, nobody translated it [if it exists].

EDIT: basically Limbo and Rinne Tensei are the most interesting among techniques we got

Nope, sasuke can't use it.
Every Rinnegan has its own unique specility.
Madara has limbo while sasuke has s/t.
Basic rinnegan abilities are same in all rinnegan's like preta path etc.
It same like when ms users have different special abilities like itachi had totsuka while obito had kamui.
But basic abilities of sharingan was same like susanoo or PS.
It doesn't matter if you have one eye or two, only the original owner can access full power to the eyes.

People who borrow it can use six paths and outer
Original holders can use six path, outerpath, and their signature full power moves.
For Madara it's limbo
For Sasuke it's Ameno (rinnegan shift)

Why so butthurt, its true, Kishi did not have every single thing planned out since Day 1.
I'm not saying its wrong of Kishi to do that, its just not something to get rusttled over lol

So far you have no evidence of this and I know for a fact you will never find evidence that he did not plan Limbo ahead of time.

You keep thinking that, so Kishi had that move planned since the first time he revealed Rinnegan, oh wait he didnt even have Rinnegan a sure thing either, remember the last chapter or Part 1 and the very beginning arcs of Shippuden ?

I too think that might have just been Madara's since he was the original owner of the eyes. If Nagato was able to use it, there really would not have been a need for him to do so, since he is not mobile due to the rods in his back, stays hidden so the Pains do the fighting. It's possible given that he was the possessor of the eyes that he could have used that to protect himself, but not likely and he could not have had the Pains use it.
