well currently it can go either way, but don't worry sasuke fans. sasuke is one of the main characters so he'll probably surpass even madara later on in the manga so don't worry

He can't beat Nagato/Pein. Just deal with it. Oh and you shouldn't say anything about Genjutsu, we only saw the paths under Jiraya's SOUND Genjutsu. Sharingan = Ocular and i don't know if the Rinnegan is affected by that. (If there is proof someone used Ocular Genjutsu on a person with the Rinnegan and it was succesfull, give the manga chapter please because i obviously missed it then)

sasuke MIGHT be able to win, lets look at the powers here. Now this is assuming sasuke has knowledge.
Amaterasu- Now saying that the preta absorbs it, thats complete bullsh*t. Amaterasu is not ordinary fire ninjutsu, it is something that is completely instant meaning preta won't even have time to react before it destroys him. He also destroys naraka path so the other paths cannot be revived. (Naraka path got destroyed by konohamaru...nuff said)
Susanoo- Now this is debatable in whether tendo pain can destroy susanoo, but seeing as how sasuke can now use Perfect susanoo instantly i doubt that. So now ASSUMING sasuke has knowledge on the pains this is where taking advantage of the 5 second limit comes in. Once sasuke is blasted away and he will be protected with susanoo, he can use susanoo arrow during that time period and tendo is definetly not fast enough to avoid it.
Tsyukiomi- useless in this match
Now after he destroys tendo, he easily kills the other peins with this
So yea i will give this match to sasuke extremely high diff with knowledge.

All I will say is that Nagato knows better than to look in the eyes of an Uchiha, after all he worked with Itachi :|
And with 6 field of vision, he'll have no problem to act without looking at his eyes, just like he blocked and evaded Kakashi and SM J-man and SM Naruto without even looking at him

first thing's first, the rule is don't ever make your fave character fight pain if you don't fully know what are the capabilities of the 6 paths of pain and how they fight. this is the major problem of fanboys that is against pain because they know little about him.I mean come on I know that like 70% of Naruto fans hates sasuke because he's "gay" and "emo" -.- but still u gotta give the guy some credit now that he awaken the EMS I'm pretty sure he can beat the 6 path of pain
Reasons:
1. Amaterasu- ppl keep saying that the fat pain who can absorb ninjutsu can just absorb it now tell me how he can absorb something that can ignite what ever sasuke is focused on. He can kill five of the pain this way but not the shinra tensei guy
2.genjutsu- sasuke can perform 3 types of genjutsu: sharingan genjutsu, susano'O genjutsu, and tsukoyomi which is one of the most powerful genjutsu there is. I read a tread about this a while ago and so guy said "well if one is under a genjutsu how's sasuke gonna deal with the other 5" and I'm like wtf sasuke cast genjutsu from his eyes and did you forget that all 6 pain vision are linked! So if one falls under his genjutsu all of them is DEAD!
3.susano'O- it is the best defense in Naruto right now! The susano'O has a really fast arrow that is really hard to dodge and he can put Amaterasu on the arrow, he has a sword made out of ameterasu and that big ball of Amaterasu in his third hand
4. Kirin- I know it takes a while to prepare but if he can make it and take preta path out Kirin would take out the rest. On the other tread I read about this shinra tensei can counter attack Kirin I personally don't think so. Naruto withstand shinra tensei with like 30 clones behind him so I'm pretty sure Kirin has the power 2 withstand it but IF shinra tensei can deflect it well sasuke can just wait until he uses it then use Kirin in that 5 seconds
So I think if after this you still think sasuke would not have a chance against the 6 path of pain then your just a hater and I'm not saying he can beat nagato just the 6 path and some ppl always says rinegan is stronger than the sharingan so sasuke would always lose
second of all you do realize that all your scenario here will only happen if pain is not moving, seriously.
pain actually have several counters to this few attacks of sasuke...
1. amaterasu - its chakra, and everything made of chakra preta path can and will absorb nuff said. pain also has animal path which can summon like 8 different animals if he summons all of this sasuke will be exhausted even before he could kill all. lastly even if he manages to kill 1 or 2 paths with amaterasu, naraka path is there to revive them. so its gonna be a waste for sasuke.
2. genjutsu - nagato knows all the basic elements as well as yin and yang release, yes that means pain is also proficient with genjutsu, and sasuke's genjutsu is not as good as itachi. even danzou manages to see through sasuke's genjutsu, what do you expect more with someone in possession of the highest doujutsu?
3. susanoo - best defense? I wont agree, but its ONE of the best defense out there yes. we see how kage level ninjas repeatedly almost destroy susanoo with their attacks. and pain is one of them capable of destroying it, its either combo attack from asura path and preta path, shinra tensei or chibaku tensei from deva path(I wont go into details much about the combo its your home work to know all their abilities and how do they use it for combo attacks)
4. kirin - lol I laughed seriously about this, you pretty much know how kirin works right? its a one time shot, and if he missed its the end for him. and unfortunately pain has the ability to control the nature particularly the rain clouds, remember rainmaker jutsu? yes, im sorry but the moment he realize sasuke is upto something he'll just disperse the cloud formation. and ok lets say he was able to make it, it can only target one person, he have six opponents here buddy even if pain let preta take the hit he could simply revive it with his naraka path.
and I haven't mentioned here human path which possesses a one shot kill. pain has countless combo to all of sasuke's jutsu. its really hard to compare your fave character to pain coz pain's techniques are very complicated and you'll need brain to analyze every combo 6 paths of pain can perform.

ok couple of things. I would just like to point out that i was a sasuke fan, all the way through itachi arc. Hated itachi's guts for being a ****, but i still admired him, because of his strength. After the Itachi arc, since he formed Taka, i have really hated sasuke, cause he became extremely dumb, in common sense and battle wise. As we say, pain is susceptible to Genjutsu, demonstrated by Jiraiya and Fukasaku, so now it's a matter of IF he'll catch him, because, level at which Sasuke performs Genjutsus is a Farcry from Itachi who can cast genjutsu just by lifting a finger. Dojutsu wise, also. Sasuke's genjutsu is nothing compared to Itachi's Tsukuyomi, the second strongest eye based genjutsu in Narutoverse after KA, so even if he catches them in Genjutsu, they mightbe able to break out. once again could go either way.
I'll give you Susanoo, especially EMS one, with all the amaterasu spamming blades and arrows, it would be impossible for him not to get couple of pains.
KIRIN!. i feel this jutsu is overhyped too much because people think it destroyed itachi with his susanoo. If you read upon the manga, Itachi was able to stop a full power Kirin, with just Susanoo's ribcage, so in terms of power, Mei's Lava might be stronger than Kirin, plus don't forget, Kirin is still an elemental jutsu and not etherreal flames like amaterasu, so Preta path should be able to absorb it easily, considering the things it has absorbed. After that, there's still Deva path to be dealed with. Only thing we have seen that is capable to break through Shinra Tensei was 6 tails Naruto, Barely too, and the 30 clones you mentioned was a defense on naruto's side, he did not break through, clones absorbed the attack, aka human shields, and as soon as attack was over, he used that 5 second window to Rasengan Deva Path's ass. Still if Sasuke manages to get through Shinra Tensei, IF he's not a whining kid and plans like he did vs Deidara, there is still question of Chibaku Tensei and Basho tenin. If we disregard Universal pull on the grounds that it simply can not pull susanoo, Chibaku Tensei will still dominate it since, 8 tailed Naruto barely got out of it, and pain said he could make it stronger. And let's face it, Sasuke is no itachi, to tell a techniques weakness in a sec, that was unique to his brother which does not pass down with the eyes. Even if he does have knowledge on Chibaku Tensei, Sasuke hasn't demonstrated any techs strong enough to break through. Susanoo's arrows don't seem that strong to tell you the truth, they are fast but in this case, power is more useful than speed.

To the guys points. Amaterasu is not Chakra, FYI. Look it up. It consumes EVEYTHING, including chakra. Why do you think nagato didn't try to absorb it? plus Itachi's amaterasu is a LOT stronger than Sasuke's flame control, i can prove it if you want but still, Amaterasu is not chakra, and no proof has been given that preta path can absorb it.
Just so you know, ONLY PERSON IN HSTORY, that we know uses PERFECT Susanoo is madara. I don't get where these speculations are coming from. Sasuke using perfect Susanoo, Rinnegan evolves from EMS. SPECULATIONS PEOPLEZ

Sasuke knows about the Rinne dumbasses Naruto beat him & from what i see sasuke beats naruto sasuke > naruto > pain (not really pain killed himself) so sauske > pain because eye power vs eye power sasuke would win pain only can almighty push

. Susanoo's arrows are really fast but not that strong of a technique. I can provide pages, that show that it's dstructive powers are nowhee near some A and S rank techniques but yeah. A normal person get's hit with it, he/she dies

There is a great reason as to why Sasuke will most likely lose to Pain. The battle is just too overwhelming for him even with all these perks that come with his Sharingan. Lets take a look:
1) Genjutsu, despite being linked in all 6 eyes it will most likely not work against Pain. This is because you would have to cast the Genjutsu against Nagato himself in order for it to affect all the bodies. Genjutsu affects the person that it is cast against, so if its cast on one person then it will most likely not affect the other. That is due to the fact that the other Paths can see that particular target being hit by the Genjutsu anyways. Then it just works the same way as if a Jinchuuriki were to break out of it, simply pull them out yourself.
2) Amaterasu- The Preta Path can definitely absorb it. Amaterasu, although very fast and deadly, is still made of chakra. So its able to be absorbed.
3) Susano'o - This is probably the easiest for Pain to take down. Deva Path can pull out Sasuke from the Susanoo using Bansho Tenin. Don't try to say that he can't because Gaara's sand was able to pull Madara out of his. His Susanoo will not be able to keep up with guarding his user.
Pain has many advantages. If Sasuke doesn't know any of his ablities, then he is done in a flash. Even with knowledge I don't think it would make too much of a difference.
-Animal Path has great summonings that can overwhelm even Susanoo's weaponry. The Cerberus Dog's won't die from being hit by Amaterasu. Also the bird summonings give Pain the aerial advantage.
-Preta Path can absorb nearly all of Sasuke's attacks. The only one that he wouldn't be able to absorb is Kirin, since it is based from the natural lightning in the air. But come on now, surely Pain would not give him that much time to set it up.
-Deva Path can floor the entire village of Konoha with a powerful Shinra Tensei. I do not think that Sasuke can handle the punishment of that.
So Sasuke most likely loses to Pain in an encounter. Only a few lucky battles will he ever come out of it alive.
