I'm guessing you need a purple rinnegan to use them.

With Shuradō Sasuke can create an armor or weapons to defend himself.
Shinra Tensei is pretty helpfull too since Kaguyas bones would be pretty much useless.
With the Gedo-path Sasuke could limit Kaguyas movements.

obviously he doesn't have the same type of rennigan. the fact that he has this s/t jutsu is testament to that. most likely though, every one that is unlocked is not exactly the same.

Obito taught Nagato after Yahiko died.
On his own Nagato learned how to use CT.

Well, he had enough time in his hideout to train. Maybe there was even some knowledge about the Rinnegan left on Kuro Zetsus stone tablet. Sasuke on the other hand has the Rinnegan for maybe a half hour or so.

The sharingan and rinnengan are both watered down versions of kaguyas and sasukes eye. We could probably assume sasuke hasn't unlocked all the abilities of his new eye or maybe he lacks the chakra to really master it. I means it's the same exact eye as the one on kaguyas forehead.

One eye can't use all of the abilities, the true power comes from having both of the same eyes. Madara with 1 eye wasn't using any Rinnegan jutsu except his shadow even thought we saw Nagato use many jutsus with the same eye but he had both eyes when he did them. Obito only really shown the controlling 6 paths power and the reviving others one and he implied that he could pull Yamato's soul out so I think Kishi is losing it to give Madara Limbo. I guess Deva path power would be too much for Naruto and Sasuke, it was a 5 sec interval for Deva path but Naruto said it was much faster and stronger when Nagato used it himself so how powerful will it be when the Juubi jin who it really belongs to using it will be?
