Why can't Minato use another arm to perform ninjutsu again?

there is almost no other case like this before, naruto hardly uses any hand seals except for the one for kage bunshin and there is no one else who can use chakra arms

we would just have to accept that chakra arms cannot substitute for the real arm

We all know that Minato CAN use chakra arms like Naruto but bigger and longer, so i was just thinking since he's shown that he can, why doesn't he grow up another arm to perform his ninjutsus?

It doesn't matter his arm comes from his shoulders, behind his back just to grow up one.... So please answer my question, thank you.

I thought it was easily to understand, Kishi isn't focused on anyone but Naruto, Sasuke, Obito and a little of Madara in these chapters. Haven't you noticed the Hokages were supporters for Naruto and Sasuke? Tobirama, Hashirama and Madara are all on another level than the rest yet Tobirama is a supporter. Minato hasn't been living up to his genius status as well because he can't up show Naruto, as you see Naruto (with Kurama) has pretty much took the lead as he came up with plans and even Sasuke asked him what they should do a few chapters back.

Naruto has a connection with Kurama who has the most knowledge on the Juubi so he's able to help make strategies plus being like 1000+ years would give him experience beyond others in the war.
