Why can't Minato use another arm to perform ninjutsu again?

We all know that Minato CAN use chakra arms like Naruto but bigger and longer, so i was just thinking since he's shown that he can, why doesn't he grow up another arm to perform his ninjutsus?

It doesn't matter his arm comes from his shoulders, behind his back just to grow up one.... So please answer my question, thank you.

Well he's still connected to Naruto, so if Naruto upped the power then that would allow him to use it again.

Also he does have the other half of Kurama which can meld chakra for him.

Well, i agree with you.... Kishi may focusing on the new generation, but he can at least do something cool with Minato too, all this way out Tobirama stole the show.

But why the hell did he revived them AND didn't use them as strongest weapon? He suposed to show us more from Hiruzen and Minato especially both.

he can just use shape manipulation like rasengan or nature manipulation like rasenshuriken
I mean the user can only form chakra with it
ofcourse forming a hand seal is all about chakra but still a bit difference IMO
