No he moved the shield twice to block sasuke and oro's respective attacks.

It's not apart of itachi it's just a tool itachi found.
If it was truly one and the same with him he wouldn't need a complete susanno just to use it. He'd pull it out in base. Especially considering that since their just tools they shouldn't drain his chakra.

what about the fact that he can walk AROUND yata mirror, or even phase into kamui land and appear behind susanno nd then walk in. yata mirror cant block that because he would never touch the mirror
