Why Boruto's character will surely change in a bad way in Future

Let me tell you how, Boruto said I never thought you'd go this far Kawaki and then wore his headband saying I am still a shinobi that reveals that -
1)Kawaki and Boruto planned something together but Kawaki did more than Boruto thought he would.

2)Boruto wore his headband in the fight because he stop wearing it before only reason could be that he turned rogue and stop wearing his band the band was not Sasuke's because it was black Sasuke one was blue.

3)Naruto never changed his will throughout 700 chapters what could be more different for this series than Boruto changing his will (behaviour)

4)Kawaki might have done something to Sasuke and Naruto which make Boruto change his mind I can see Sasuke telling him something that's why he was wearing his cloak.

5)Believe me Boruto don't like his father's ways and this seal is already related to Kara It's really easy to change Boruto's mind because he already don't like his Father and Don't know much about shinobi world.

boruto have a many heart change in this manga...he like ninja tech then he hate it when he get caught for cheating now he like it again and use it vs ao........his mind can be dyed any color......

How is he a copy of Naruto?

Boruto doesn't want to be hokage like Naruto.

His jutsu arsenal is vastly different from Naruto (consisting of various elemental techniques and a dojutsu and a seal)

He has/had different personality traits from Naruto (such as not liking to train or work hard, expecting everything to come easy to him).

He is not a jinchuuriki or a transmigrant or an orphan or anything like that.

He is physically distinguishable from Naruto.

Etc...

Sure he has some similarities (ie. Shadow clone jutsu, rasengan, talk no jutsu, etc...)

However, that is to be expected from a parent and child. Even in real life, a son would most likely have some similarities to his father.


You and Salamander need to learn that having a few similarities to your parent doesn't make you a copy or a clone.

I like your idea and I think it would be interesting to see him take on a new role, not quite as a villain, but something more nuanced. I would hate for him to become a stereotypical villain out for revenge (Obito)[not that I dislike Obito's character].

Like a force of nature type thing, no one knows his true feelings and when he shows up he could help or cause destruction

Boruto is a badly written character the manga/anime would be better off without him tbh. It's his story of how he pulls things out of his rear end, becomes bipolar at times, gets handouts for the heck of it and wants to become Sasuke while being a clone of Naruto.
