[Theory] Why Black Zetsu not being the will of Madara is a Plothole...and how to fix it !!

This only works if the Spiral Zetsu is the fruit of the God Tree.

I would assume here that the fruit of the Shinju always requires a vessel in order to showcase it's full powers. It's like a separate entity (Evil) which was sealed by the Shinju (Good). Look up TBY's Sojobo theories if you want details.

In order to be free, the fruit tried to obtain a vessel. I suspect,

That the first Vessel was Kaguya.

I think that image is drawn from a very High perspective. The Chibaku Tensei Bijuu Planetoids wouldn't cause that much damage. Also, the whole area became like a wasteland after the Hachibi and Juubi bombed it. The hole that you see is where the Shinju took root and where the stump of the Shinju was.

Even if you think it was a crater formed by the Planetoids, why is there only one crater ? There should be Nine Right ?

That is actually the Sea. You can even see the waves crashing on the Rocky Shores. The Crater is very close to the Sea.

Then, Look at this.
