None of you (except multiply and edo) are correct and it saddens me to see it, i guess i should enlighten everyone again.
Its not because women want a higher paying job so thats why they dont talk about construction, construction pays a hell of a alot as long as your not the generic beginning worker. Its not because they dont wanna be seen as such, only ego libtards would say such. Its because of our builds, men will and always are much bigger and stronger than women, because of this we can do construction work better but women have that sense of maturity with fashion and or money work. Its biologically correct to state that women mature faster than men, therefore they're more than likely to go into something like money work or strategy like subjects whilst men are more brute in nature hence why we have more men in construction.
