Why are thread from the RP section show up on Today's topic? You can't even view half of the RP threads, same with premium threads. If RP and premium gets this treatment, I think the chatter box should as well. We should be able to see threads from the chatter box section on Today's topic.

Due to the fact so many chatterbox threads are made/moved there it's been removed from todays topics.

Yeap. A vast number of threads are moved to chatterbox since that's where they belong. Not only GD of course but mainly i believe.

No only for new thread that were originally from the chatter section. Threads that have been moved don't have to be visible in Today's topic.

Threads that where made in chatterbox can't be visible there because then it'd mean new spam threads that are moved that showed in todays topics also would be re-visible there again.

There is a reason why some RP threads are not view able. Same for Premium threads. As for chatterbox threads they were removed from the latest thread box on user demand only. Maybe they are out of Todays topic list for the same reason. I will ask an admin since I don't know for sure.

However they are visible in "new posts" list if you want to check them in the mean time.

I think the Chatterbox's threads should appear in today's topics. The Chatterbox is the only medium for us normal members to have light hearted chatting (Which we cannot do in General Discussion). Since these threads don't appear in Today's topics (Which many people browse), they generally get missed out by the members. Earlier it was OK for these threads to not appear cause of high member activity but now that's not the case.

Also, I have seen the Chatterbox being used as a dustbin where completely irrelevant threads are moved (Enough for me to facepalm), such threads should be out-right thrashed cause they serve no purpose.

The reason why they were removed was simple: people made trolling threads to get tons of attention and get them on the main page of the site. Considering it wasn't really the point of NarutoBase community to feature in the main page threads like "I think Mods are the devil" or "I WAS BANNED!!!!! LISTEN TO ME YOU IDIOTS!" or worse "Here, take some free porn", the decision was made by the admins to remove threads from Chatterbox to be seen in the front page of the forum.
