Today's standard meaning of the term "santanism". And no, if you bothered to read what I'm saying rather than ignore it due to your personal belief, you'd understand that you're wrong.
You're either A.) Not from America, or B.) From some different sort of religion, or lastly (worst case scenario) C.) An incompetent person who refuses to take information provided for you into consideration. No offense intended.
Oops, noticed nothing wrong with that pic, just mis-leading.
THIS is the last time i'll put this here:You must be registered for see links
Read it!
explain itThe big bang was mentioned in the Kur'an something like :
"I created the world out of nothing"
Science only probes that God exists IMAO
Ah, angelfire... It's been a long time since I last visited it... It was my first approach to real magic. (Yeah, I'm an atheist who practices magic, what's your problem? If you want to know what's the logic behind it, just PM me, I won't talk about it here)
Looks like you're mixing in those fake variations

the only real magic existing is dark magic.
Agnostic here.
I tend to drift in thought about religion from time to time, probably why i'm agnostic now.
I just ended up thinking that the Holy Book was simply written by one seriously deluded guy. It was discovered, people blindly followed it. At some point God emerged, then a script for you're lives and how it shall be lived. We all play the same character. Someone thought that a thing or two didn't make sense, so they came out with V2. So people finally applied logic, wrongly so imo, and simply thought ' its the newer version' ' it must have more answers or whatever'...No questions asked...For now. People continued to believe; they continue to be clones of one another.
As time went on, there were more people who decided that something didn't make sense. Once again, it was time to edit. The same old logic was applied and since everyone thought the same thing ( Clones ) no questions were asked... Uh Oh, Uh Oh, what is this ? ' God does not exist '. Well, i just imagined this guy got seriously fucked up ( Contradiction ) and he pretty much gave birth to scientist.
Big Bang theory was known to all. Mind fuckery everywhere. Some people lost faith; their confusion overwhelmed them. Yada Yada Yaah. Humanity is now serving division.
And then there was this thread.
Religion = Tree... Roots are all the same. It's the branches causing the
division.
This will probably seem like the biggest bullshit you've ever read.
**** me, i got lost in my own thoughts one too many times typing this shit up.
Keeping my cool, I am an Atheist simply because I don't believe it's possible for one supernatural being to have created the Earth and control it. Science explains so much more with reasons and facts that I have learned to not leave my faith in a higher power that I don't know exists or not, but it makes a lot more sense to put faith in the human race. We have progressed on our own to make our own purpose, and explain things people didn't know how to explain before. You don't need a supernatural being to give you a purpose in life or to explain everything in the universe.
I believe in God, but not the ridiculousness that the Bible tries to teach. Science has already disproved a lot of the ideas in it, such as the world being only 6,000 years old. Also, the idea that if you arent on particular religion you go to hell is ludicrous.ALL religions hold the same core beliefs, they just name them differently.
Don't bite my head off or anything, but I'm going to tread shark infested waters with a sub machine gun and ask a couple of million dollar questions and say...
...what do atheists have to lose to believe in a religion? It's not as if you can say " Ha ha! I told you so!" if by some preposterous fluke that there isn't an afterlife/Lord Almighty.
Also number 2 question. Is it because you just want freedom in general from practicing any religious beliefs? I know I know, it's a chore and as a Christian myself I don't necessarily follow everything that the Bible says because I guess that's just the way I roll.
--------------------------
I guess that's all I wanted to say for now.
Thoughts? Discuss. (Keep it clean though so this thread doesn't get closed)
God does exist, and in fact, atheists believe in that subconsciously. Let's be honest, if you were on a plane and it was about to crash, for every 10 atheists 9-10/10 would definitely cry out to God naturally. It has happened numerous times. It's natural, you cannot deny it no matter how staunch of an atheist you are, it will naturally occur. In fact, even people who believe in God experience the same natural feeling. Example: Someone who believes in God but isn't religious is in a dilemma, lets just say he needs to pay off a debt by tomorrow. This person, who is very weak in faith and doesn't take religion that seriously, I swear to God will literally stand hours in prayer supplicating to God asking for help. No matter how nonreligious the person may think he is during a time of need he will definitely sprout and jump to prayer if he's in hopelessness and all hope has been lost.
This happens to all of us, including myself. The TIMES when I pray the most are the times when I'm in trouble, you'll find copious individuals who take religion lightly, but right when they're in a time of need then you'll find them acting religious and invoking God, asking for help etc.
I don't care how agnostic a person thinks he is, deep down in his heart he has an inclination to God, which is revealed when in need.
Actually Nupp
Yes it does
We have no proof that god made this earth
we also dont have no proof dinosaures existed. we NEVER seen them. Bones? thats not facts. Their just bones
but its kinda odd. If you read the bible. ALOT of things their saying is coming true
so thats proof enough
