Why are we expecting suiton from Tobirama?

Because he was hyped to be a master at Sution and he can a Suiton technique that requires 40 hand seals with just one and can use sution jutsu with no water present.I wanted to see him flood the battlefield but instead Tobirama is using FTG.

Even if he had 35% chakra that is more than enough. Hiraishin like any other jukkukin jutsu, the size of what you teleport will determine how much chakra you can use. 35% chakra is more than enough for the second in command of the strongest clan, who has the hype of being a senju to use hiraishin to jump around the battlefield.

Anyway its quiet simple.
Both were weakened yes, however they showed their trade mark techniques where they got complimented for.
Hashirama showed his mokuton which got acknowledged and Tobirama showed his Suiton which also got acknowledged.

Those were what even though they were weakened known for.
It was a taster of their true strength.

Kishi must have changed his mind somewhere as hiraishin was never imo supposed to be given to Tobirama. But he created scenario's where there became a possibility that Tobirama also had it. Firstly that ability to track an opponent by placing your finger on the ground imo is an hiraishin ability. Then Minato's statement concerning how both his and Tobirama's jukkukin is inferior to Obito's is what really opened up the possibility that he not only had a jukkukin, but hiraishin in particular.

I guess some are annoyed because it takes away minato's 'originality' though he was never original to begin with. But then again you come against somebody who believes original doesn't exist in the shinobi world.

He was merely shown to have an extreme mastery over it, nothing more, nothing less. While I agree, his suiton was shown in part 1 because Kishi was trying to show us what the two senju bro's were capable of. He didn't show us FTG until now, because it would have made Minato look extremely lack luster in just copying FTG from Tobirama. Plus he needed a way to show us the capabilities of FTG, without reviving Tobirama, and without absolutely solo'ing Hiruzen.

He was merely shown to have an extreme mastery over it, nothing more, nothing less. While I agree, his suiton was shown in part 1 because Kishi was trying to show us what the two senju bro's were capable of. Not at all. His main attribute has always been directed towards suiton jutsu's whether he had hype as being the greatest suiton user ever lived or a very skilled one. That has always been his hype and feats until recently.

At the same time, Minato got an alias for this technique which is his trade mark while Tobirama no such alias has been attributed to him for any form of jukkukin, but rather a well known suiton user.

Obviously no shinobi is one dimensional (well there are a few but majority are fairly skilled at other areas) and you could make a case for saying the senju clan known as the clan with a thousand skill, the second in command of such a clan will be fairly skilled at other areas.

But for him to be from what we have seen just as skilled as minato the person who gained an alias for this jutsu is rather odd. The only real difference between the two is that minato has hiraishin kunai's but that itself isn't anything great because the average shinobi carries kunai's/shurikens with them therefore tobirama can easily tag any kunai/shuriken he has and he has achieved more or less the same thing minato has done.

Even in this chapter it was somewhat stated that Tobirama can also use the the s/t barrier technique.
Anyway whats new with this manga, when it comes to randomness
