1. No, thats why hes given the rinnegan to each villain with a sharingan, to boost up his precious Uchiha trolls, Tobi and Madara. Sure the kages are strong, but lets look at how they are faring against an Uchiha that Kishi has pumped with a shit ton of upgrades(rinnegan included), they were viciously raped. Bent over a barrel and raped, they are nothing to any Uchiha that Kishi has around right now except Sasuke, until he gets some screentime for Kishi to upgrade him even further.

2. Of course he has to focus on them, but focusing on them has nothing to do with turning them into demigods. They can control reality, people, space, and can kill you with illusions, THEY ARE THE UNIVERSE, and the only known survivng senju is apparently a poor excuse for her clan, because she's a woman. Its like Kishi wants them to be all powerful with absolutely no weakness other than the opposite clan.

Focusing is giving screentime and explanations, what he's done is simply turn them to gods making all other characters that are unrelated to them obsolete. The kage and tobi fights proved that nobody can stand against an uchihax except for another uchihax. Without Kakashis Kamui, they'd have lost, and since theres no sharingan or male senju with the Kages right now, they are being force fed Madaras Edo ****

In the first season there were so many and they were all so good. But in this season he has no fights. I was looking forward to some more major Rock Lee butt kicking, but there hasn't been any this season. His biggest fight was that trap in the first arc, and lets be honest that barely got any time and the writers put no effort into it. His other fight against fake Kisame, he did nothing except like one kick and then he got trapped in water prison. 277 episodes and not a single lotus and no drunken style and no opened gates wtf????

And he never got to beat Neji to prove that hard work beats a genius. :.(

The writters only have the manga to write from so you should blame kishi, he himself stated he forgot about the supporting characters
