Why are there no big Rock Lee fights this season?

In the first season there were so many and they were all so good. But in this season he has no fights. I was looking forward to some more major Rock Lee butt kicking, but there hasn't been any this season. His biggest fight was that trap in the first arc, and lets be honest that barely got any time and the writers put no effort into it. His other fight against fake Kisame, he did nothing except like one kick and then he got trapped in water prison. 277 episodes and not a single lotus and no drunken style and no opened gates wtf????

And he never got to beat Neji to prove that hard work beats a genius. :.(

In the first season he was built up as one of the most important genins that were not in team 7(along with Shikamaru). Even Sasuke considered him a pretty good rival and was one of the strong ninjas he wanted to fight in the tournament. He was one of only two ninjas to beat Sasuke along with Sabaku no Gaara. And now he's a nobody, WTF!!!!!

Well you see, if you're not completely overpowered anymore.. You're basically considered "weak" and "unimportant" as expressed by many of the members on this base throughout the past several months. So seeing as how Rock Lee can't send giant meteors from the sky, Kishi just sort of threw him out.

Yeah I know he is kind of weak now compared to all the kage and upper level jounin they just introduced this season but still. He was a major character in the first season. And his fights are always the most fun. This reminds me of DBZ when all the human characters who were big in the first Dragonball all suddenly sucked and got no airtime except Goku and Piccolo.

I know he is one of my favorite characters he trains so hard and his taijutsu is beast. I loved his fights in part 1. I hate that he hasn't had any spotlight in part 2.

Kishimoto forgets about EVERY other character in the war. He only care about dojutsu, uchiha, asspull uchiha techs, and godlike hax

Forget about Lee, if he does anything good during the war its gonna be filler

Its really a huge mistake not to use Rock Lee more. he has such a deep set of moves that you can have him use throughout the course of a battle to make it extremely entertaining. like dropping the weights, using nunchucks or tonfas, konoha senpuu, using lotus, opening gates, using drunken style. Plus he has a pretty inspiring side side story with the genius of hard work stuff. I don't get why they never had him fight Neji his supposed rival. They just dropped that story altogether lol.

He beat freaking Naruto AND Sasuke dammit! And Neji is supposed to be the most talented hyuuga dammit! He has special eyes too!

Maybe after the war is over and everyone has grown to the age of Kakashi/Guy...Kishi will have Rock Lee and Neji fight. Kinda like how he uses Kakashi/Guy's rival. Who knows.

Kishi doesnt care, he cares only for the sharingan and its greatness, he doesnt give a single shit anymore as long as he can glorify an uchiha
