why are people underrating hashirama by saying nagato can beat him?

Nagato can absorb wood and pollen and is a sensor so genjutsu of darkness is a waste. Simple. Hype isn't power.

Totally Agreed, Hashirama fought on par and defeated Madara at the final valley, we're seeing so much of Madara's abilities that he had during that fight that it doesn't even matter what Kabuto or anyone says about Hashiramas abilities - you can just assume!

Naruto had no chance against Madara when they met, but Naruto managed to beat Pein! - although i suppose Naruto already had a fair bit of information about Pein's abilities before he went into the fight and got to prepare sennin mode. but meh!
