why are people underrating hashirama by saying nagato can beat him?

IMO i just find it hilarious how people say nagato can beat hashirama soley on the fact that he's has ''rinnegan''

Since when did special eye's mean an instant victory?
we have yet to even see hashirama's whole arsenal or his abilities.

Then people bring the whole rinnegan can solo anyone and nagato is closest to the so6p...​

going off of feats i guess kakashi or guy can beat tobirama?

not to mention hashirama healing ability's he has the same regenerating as tsunade mentioned in the mange so killing him would be no walk in the park.
