Why are people saying that naruto has better reflexes than sasuke?

You clearly don't understand, clearly Sasuke can not predict A's moves since his eyes leveled up but that doesn't mean he can dodge people faster than A like KM or BM Naruto, Obito's Kamui, or FTG users. Plus you also forgot A's speed increased even more since Oonoki made him lighter, EMS Sasuke probably can't react to that speed while his Sharinnegan most likely can but that only covers half of his body.

But the point of this was about reflexes, having eyes that predict the person's movement is have nothing to do on reflexes, it's more on speed since you have to be fast enough to counter or evade before the opponent gets to the point where the eyes predict the movement would be. Naruto wasn't using sensory ability when he dodge A so have Sasuke take off his Sharingan and try that, he can't right? Because he doesn't have better reflexes. It depends mostly on his eyes being able to predict and read movements while Naruto used pure speed and reflexes which KM gave him.

Sasuke's reflexes are below KM in that account, A has better reflexes as well.

And actually, SM sensing is comparable to Sharingan precognition. Frankly, I dont think that Naruto has better reflexes than Sasuke, his body is just faster, which allows him to make better use of his reflexes.

Madara was not the fastest person either, Naruto in his initial mode sped to Madara when Madara made his orb return to him. Madara thought it was because he haven't recovered but said no it's because Naruto gotten more powerful

Madara haven't been using his full skills and powers since he became the Juubi jin, Madara stated that Tobirama was the fastest shinobi of their time but that he and Hashirama can't access their full power (they're edos) and Tobirama called Minato the faster than him and KM Naruto was compared to Minato so that shows you people who have speed faster than Madara, at least if 2 of them were alive with their full powers. Madara showed greater speed than edo Madara so yes being a Edo does decrease your speed as well.

Sasuke wasn't always in the war was he? We're talking about from when he was fighting A to now, there was plenty of tiem to train as Naruto was training during that time. Naruto was training with Bee to learn to access Kurama's chakra then was training to use that power. When Naruto first used his speed, he lacked all control over it and sprained his ankle which Yamato remark was that Naruto wasn't as good as Minato yet

Rinnegan does not increase your body's capabilities to increase his speed so that is false. The only thing that would increase Sasuke's speed would be the sage chakra he got from the Sage but even then, Naruto's speed would be further increased from what it was before and it was already above Sasuke's. Naruto's base speed was fast enough to save Sakura before Sasuke killed her; yes it takes speed to save her when Sasuke had Sakura right in front of him about to stab her. Kakashi was fighting fine with Sasuke's speed and Kakashi said Naruto was on his level or even surpassed him back when Naruto beat Kakuza.

Last time Sasuke trained was with Orochimaru before he sealed Oro in himself, Naruto was going throught Nature transformation training, SM training, and Kurama's chakra control training. Naruto's skills have only been increasing both in base and in modes.

Naruto entered the war with incomplete training with KM. Naruto never trained in BM or BSM so how do you expect him to have full control over his speed? Madara said A's lightning armor and Mei's lava were "impressive offense"

For 8 gate gai, he was going full speed yet Lee was able to throw Minato's Kunia ahead of Gai, have Minato FTG to get the orbs and FTG out before Gai reached where the Kunai was and Minato already told Gai to keep going no matter what so even 8 gates doesn't compare to FTG speed

Madara stopped after getting the eye from Kakashi and what makes you think Oonoki's jutsu doesn't last forever? He changes the weight either to heavy or light if he wants. Minato's FTG marks stays on you forever unless your body actually changes like Juubito's body did so why can't Oonoki's? It was never said it didn't last forever.

Sasuke was activating his s/t jutsu here as you can see with him

. Madara said it wouldn't work on him if he got far away but Sasuke can still move himself closer to Madara then start moving. Plus Madara wasn't moving at top speed since he had to make sure not to damage the eye as he pulled it from Kakashi, the speed Madara showed after he was revived was shown faster since you couldn't even see him and he over took SM Naruto as well.

A would be able to catch up with Madara there since you can see Madara wasn't going full speed as he was here
