Why are people saying that naruto has better reflexes than sasuke?

I agree with you in a way, Naruto is able to react to things around him faster because he can sense attacks from all directions, however I do think Sasuke can react better to a frontal, head on attack due to his eyes.

Kaguya is currently the Strongest shinobi out there and dodging her attack which sasuke wasn't able to dodge means that naruto is faster than sasuke

You finally get it, his speed in dodging + his sensing is what made him dodge that attack not his reflex

In sasuke vs danzo, sasuke dodged does shurinken with reflexes. In his fight with itachi,killer bee and diedara his also displayed some reflexes.

Sasuke definitely has good reflexes and physical ability, but if we were going on that alone then there would be a huge gap between Sasuke and Naruto's movements. Sasuke's eyes make up for that and with that and his teleportation he is on par with Naruto

Doesn't matter about who has more reaction feats, facts are that Naruto reacted to faster ninjas than Sasuke did. Naruto reflexes were on par with Minato's as he was able to dodge A at point blank range while Sasuke lacked the speed to react to it. You're saying Naruto uses his sensory ability to dodge fast opponent yet you say Sasuke can with his eyes which was already said that even if you can see movements, if you lack the speed then you can't do anything about it. This was first said in part one and mentioned again in shipuuden. Naruto actually have better speed feats which is used with his reaction and reflexes.

Sasuke's speed does not increase at all, only his eye's ability to predict the movement and move before the opponent makes their move so Sasuke's reflexes are credited to his reflexes but to his eyes seeing the opponents movements before they make them as shown here

How is Sasuke faster when his speed never increased? KM Naruto speed is compared to Minato's and was able to dodge A's fastest attack point blank while Sasuke lacked the speed to react to A. Sasuke might have s/t but it was never compared to Minato's speed when we have all the fastest speeds compared to Minato such as Naruto's Km and BM, A's speed, Obito's Kamui, and Tobirama's FTG. So even with that s/t, Naruto's BM speed is still hyped as being faster.

Its like he is predicting the future and moves according to his prediction. Naruto on the other hand has something like an early warning system and he has a better body so he can respond faster.

Sasuke's eyes allows him to move earlier, while Naruto moves faster

Naruto's is omnidirectional while Sasuke's is only in his line of sight.

Can you show me where Sasuke showed any physical increase in his speed? No you can't because ne never trains and only gets power ups in his eyes. Naruto on the other hand have trained and got power ups that increases his body speed, endurance, recovery rate, agility, strength, and power of his jutsus as SM and Kurama's chakra both have done. Can you show me any training Sasuke did to increase his speed? Then how is his speed any different than when he was against A?

The only differences is that his eyes can better predict movements but that's useless if his opponents are much faster than he is. Lee said as much in part 1

How can you train your speed in a war? are you saying naruto did that?
And sasuke speed increased alot after getting the rinnegan

Sasuke has the rinnegan as well as the sharingan which makes you see things in slow motion which> naruto sensing.
The only reason why sasuke couldnt dogde kaguya was because he doesnt have eyes at the back of his head which is sometyhing that naruto kinda have with sagemode since he see's everywhere. So my opinion is that in sensing( around you), naruto > sasuke while in reflexes, sasuke>naruto. The defination of reflexes is reacting involuntarily fast to a stimulus, Naruto had sage mode + he knew the attack was coming so he dodged it(voluntarily) and that was the only reason why because if it was pure reflexes, he wouldnt have been touch by kaguya in the beginning.

And actually, SM sensing is comparable to Sharingan precognition. Frankly, I dont think that Naruto has better reflexes than Sasuke, his body is just faster, which allows him to make better use of his reflexes.
