If madara used his sharingan the Kages would have already lost along time ago..It was already stated in order to fight Madara you can not look him in the eyes..All the kages have already done that.
The first thing Madara did when he busted out the coffin was paralyze a fodder ninja as soon as he made eye contact.
Second of all Madara hasn't even used his full Susanno yet...
He hasn't displayed any of his MS techs..
If his fire techs were overpowered you don't think his MS techs will be EXPECT an amaretsu that just a powerful as a his fire techs or even more powerful and would probably incinerate the entire battle field. I wouldn't be surprised if his Tsukynami...was moren broke then Itachi's. I wouldn't be suprised if he could put mutliple opponents in his Tsukynami at the same time if he wanted.
Uchiha posses the most powerful chakra out of any clan...
Kakashi struggles to wield 1 sharingan for a short time while Itachi, Madara, Sasuke etc. etc. run around with it on all the time..
The Uchiha have the most powerful genjutsu users because of their high spiritual powers.
You can't even fight a Uchiha 1 vs. 1 without special powers because you can't even look them in the eyes unless your guy, a jinchinrukin or another sharingan user.
Their pretty much immune to genjutsu...and can decipher any ninjutsu/taijutsu
EMS madara has all these abilities and probably then some. He may have better preception the a normal Uchiha....
We have no clue what jutsus Madara has at his disposal...
I'm pretty sure fire techs aren't his only jutsus...but everything is situational based so he won;t use any jutsus that aren't neccasary...even if EMS madara only had fire jutsus I'm pretty sure we haven't seen them all.
I still don't see how ninjas like the Raikage, Tsunade, Orochimaru, Jiraiya, or any of the Kages could have possibly touch EMS madara.
It took a joint effort between 3 Kages just to create an opening for an attack that he choose to counter with the rinnegan. It's debately wether or not madara would have survived the attack between Naruto, gaara, and oonoki without the rinnegan.
Tsunade is the physically strongest ninja in the manga arguebly(Gai, third raikage, KCM v2 Naruto etc..) and she can't break through susanno..
4th raikage can't even put a scratch in susanno without Oonaki's help.
Idk...I'm failing to see why EMS madara is overrated.
Main point I want to quickly address is the fact that we don't know much about EMS Madara... We have recently been seeing Edo Madara that hasn't shown any abilities other then Susanoo and his fire techs that he was previously known for. Now we have seen him use (result to using) his rinnegan and Hashi abilities... This is probably because of plot no jutsu and like you said so that when Sasuke is finally showing off his new shit they will then show Madara's. Basically you mentioned EMS Madara this and that, but to put it simply you pretty much babbled on about Edo Madara.
You're failing to see why EMS Madara is overated? He got beat by Hashi at full EMS power + Kurama!...

Is that a conclusion? Just because we have seen a "fuller" looking Susanoo out of Sasuke, doesn't mean that this not so "full" version of Susanoo from Madara is his final form.
You're right, he has only displayed Susanoo so far, and it is not debatable in any way shape or form that if he didn't have the Rinnegan, with the combination of other shinobi pulling him out and going for the strike WOULD of done some serious damage.
He is an edo now so it really didn't matter getting hit, however he says so himself, that "this is a bit too much"

The page you linked shows you that MS has three abilities, and that the third, after unlocking the first two, is Susanoo. The first two abilities varies between users, but remains the same between siblings. This is a little more then just assumption as you don't see ANYONE else use Tsukyomi + Amaterasu other then Itach and Sasuke, just like you haven't seen anyone else use Kamui other then Kakashi.
So you assume that he is gonna use Itachi's MS abilities, but the reality seems unlikely and then the fact you then go onto saying there gonna be badass is quite daring.
