Probably because Sasuke is way more interesting. He has more potential,and a larger arsenal and powers to discuss. No need to get mad at fans for talking about it, be mad at Masashi for Naruto not having much variety.

If I recall he needed Tsunade's surgery to repair his arm after using FRS, if that's the case then it means he wasn't able to regenerate his body cells without Kurama. But when he gained RSM he did it on his own accord.

In Gaiden it seems the same, Kurama doesn't have to do the job anymore because Naruto has full control over his chakra, so it was him regenerating as opposed to Kurama in VoTE1

The wound wasn't that bad according to Kurama so he should be able to talk and do jutsu. Also we didn't see the hole healing afterwards (really didn't see his torso after he pulled the sword out i think Zzz). Even still kurama chakra can heal.
