a lot of people DO get raped...and a lot of people assume it's true whenever the allegations are made.Doesn't mean it's always true, though.

Because there is a great disparity between the allegations of sexual harassment being true and ones that are falsified.

Well, buy a body cam. Don't date women. Flat out say before you meet a woman, that you are sexually available but that does not mean that you are being threatened in any way. THat's what i will do now. If you work in a cut throat environment, stay protected because this #Metoo and TimesUP can be used as a weapon.
Also, i'm starting to think that this movement is the female version of Revenge Porn for women.
Its a dangerous slope, there needs to be due process
Its making men lose their ability to feed their families with no solid proof, assault is wrong but everyone deserves a fair trial.

It's still the private sector. They can do what they want.
This doesn't happen in every instance either. It usually happens if there are multiple accusers or some form of evidence.

It happens. Why are you so desperate to allow room for men to lose their livelihoods on allegations?
Assault is a serious crime but i do not want all men to be punished.

As opposed to allowing men to continually sexually assault women and claim innocence? I'm surprised you of all people would not understand the circumstance women are in considering how much you bring up the issue of discrimination against black people. You're downplaying the severity of the issue much like others downplay the severity of discrimination against minorities.
There are investigations into these cases and these men aren't automatically charged with crimes. If the accuser steps forward, the claim is usually supported by previously known acts of the alleged perpetrator or other accusers of the same crime.

Name a case where it wasn't investigated and resulted to a male receive a punishment over a crime he never committed.

Unfortunately, women do things like this because men have more of an advantage.That's what an inferiority complex is like.

You should have gone out without a friend or you shouldn't have gone out that late or worn that dress or lead him on...its called victim blaming. Also the FILM INDUSTRY is notorious for *** scandals its also a billion dollar industry so on top of it already being difficut to get women to talk its even harder when these men can stonewall court procedures with all their money.
Thr fact that someone didn't get away with it is empoewering these women to speak up.
So we have pretty much a whole industry with decades worth or pent up secual miscondcut finally coming to light.
