Let's make this into civil discussion. I don't want people spamming and crap. I just want to hear your reasons. I will close this thread if it gets too out of control.

I don't hate gays, I just don't agree with their lifestyle, so I choose not to associate myself with them. I think they're free to do as they please, but I don't want to hang with them

Human beings are taught that things in life should be hated, even if it doesn't effect them in any way. That is the answer. If we didn't hate people or ideals, we would lose part of our humanitarian value of life. How could we decide what is good in the world if we can't establish the things that are bad? I don't hate gay people. The ones who do were taught from the thing that represents "Good" or "Correct" in their life that being "Gay" is "Bad".

I don't mind gays. What gets me are those gays that try to talk all loud and act like they are more special than everyone else and try to speak for equal rights. If you are gay then good for you, but don't make a big scene out of it.

Not necessarily. Whatever one is exposed to gives them individual reactions as to how they'll turn out. So it's up to nature. On the next quote, "normal" is such a loose term. Normal should be something nobody wants to be because it seems so boring. Being gay should define what stands out about someone. I'm hetero, and I have an individual desire for the opposite *** that stands out in me

So gay people aren't normal is what you're saying. How would you define normal cause I'm pretty sure gays,lesbians are normal it's found in nature.
