[Question] Why? A wrongful act has occurred.

Since Caliburn WILL NOT reply to me after multiple attempts, I have choice to make this thread. I've talked to multiple mods and have gotten actual replies. They were very nice. However, I still feel unjust.

I was banned from the Naruto sections and I am perfectly okay with that. I spammed and that's okay.

However, I was also banned from the General Discussion section for some reason. I thought it was an honest error, but I have no idea since the ever so kind Caliburn has not answered me at all. I assumed it was because he's just messing with me because it's one of my favorite sections and Ira assumed it was because I spammed GD in the past. The latter is something interesting. It doesn't make sense. Why ban me from a section I spammed a long time ago? If we banned people for joking around when they were stupid and just messifn around, everybody would be banned. If I was banned when I soammed GD all those months ago, I'd me okay with that as I deserved it. I understand my actions have consequence and I am okay to face them if they are right. This consequence, spamming the Naruto sections and getting banned from those sections and a completly differctiom undrelated section is wrong and not faie

Caliburn is being unprofessional by ignoring me. I'm just asking a simple why. I love NB and this whole ordeal, being wrongfully banned and having him flat out ignore me, has really killed my enthusiasm for NB. I don't to not have fun here. I love it here, I really do.

All I want is that wrongful banned fixed as I did nothing to deserve a banning from General Discussion. It's a shame I have to make a thread to get his attention. Yes, I could email another mod, but I honestly don't want to. I shouldn't have to when he can respond to everyone else. He's not taking me seriously. I mean, I do joke around and shouldn't be taken seriously most of the time, but this time, I am being serious as I truly believe I was wrongfully banned from a section I did nothing to.

That's all I have to say. Now, I'm sure a mod will just close this and say "Keep this to PMs" or "Talk to Caliburn privately" but guess what. I have. And I have recieved no answer, as I have said, but I'm sure the first mod to reply will belittle me and tell me how stupid I am for not doing whatever. They'll close the thread or delete it and I'll still have no answer for my UNJUST banning. That's not right or cool, guys.

I'm just wanting the fun back and this wrong to be made right. I'm a good member who did nothing to deserve tot banned from GD (I deserve all other things, but not this).

So, please, something.

The forums here should not be such a big part of your life that you need to write half an essay to talk about this "injustice".



Edit: No disrespect intended hombre. But I've seen people freaking out about getting banned too often and there's no reason not to go on with your life without the general discussion section if the mods really don't want to respond to you. It's not that serious in the grand scheme of things and you don't have any legal right to participate on these boards...

Actually, as long as his posts were on-topic, the a the bucket gimmick wouldn't be grounds to ban him. Otherwise, there's a stick that majorly needs gravity's help.
