Whose stats are you most excited to see in the new databook?

Databook sucks, as Madara would get perfect 40 in everything. If he doesn't then the databook sucks more

His strength shouldn't be more than 4 and his taijutsu 4 or 4.5.

If prime hiruzen can get perfect 40, so can Madara. Madara's taijutsu was on par with Hashirama, he's getting a 5 alright

Who told you prime Hiruzen has a perfect 40? I don't believe for 1 second that prime Hiruzen had a 5 in strength or speed.

Enma implied that Old Hiruzen was much slower and weaker than his prime because of the age...The hype of prime hiruzen says Hiruzen gets perfect 40....

BTW the databook doesn't make any sense, so it's useless to talk about it

Being much slower in no way implies a 5 in speed. I doubt his speed was even on Hebi Sasuke's level, and he was only a 4.5 yet his speed was incredible.

Hiruzen has always been a small, average sized man. You have the likes of big men like his son Asuma, or student Jiraya who only have 4.5 in strength. How on earth you think he can have a 5 in strength or speed is ridiculous. Only speed demons like Ay, Gai or fastest ninja of their time like Tobirama and Minato get such speed stats.

And where's that scan of what Enma said, I don't remember the speed comment, I'd like to see it. Btw. The databook makes sense to me, sorry it doesn't for you.

Hiruzen was said to know a thousand different genjutsu. It's not baseless stats, he was actually confirmed to be highly proficient in genjutsu. You don't need to see everything to know the stat of something.

lol, if it only ared about feats then it would be stupid. Kishi can't display each and every single ability of a character. So the databook scores gives us a rough idea of their base ability. Kishi hyped up Hiruzens genjutsu and ninjutsu feats in early part 1, and he made sure to really deliver the whole "knowing all jutsu of konoha"/professor title hype, when he showed Hiruzen use all 5 elements at once.

Now just because kishi was unable to fit in Hiruzens genjutsu feats doesn't mean it isn't there. Kishi knows it's there and hence why he includes it in the databook. I don't know why you need to see all feats or else the databook is invalid to you.

Nah. The stats aren't meant to be compared anyway. Plus Kishi is not creating a new scoring system all to satisfy people who want their favorites to have a specific score and look good on paper.

If Kishi change the stats to fit the characters, it will actually be more damaging for the characters. For example, the most common here is Hashirama, and how he should get 40, or more...etc

Now, If Kishi extended the stats to fit
1- assuming 10 is the maximum, to fit Kaguya's chakra, everyone else will barely get a 5, and that's just if they are Juubi's host, because all the others do not come close. Even Hashirama who has enormous chakra will barely get 3 or 3 out of 10
in this case.

2- If he put 10 for intelligence, and assuming 10 is Shikamaru, then again people like Hashirama, Naruto, Sasuke, itachi..etc will barely get anything here, and this will damage their overall score even more...

and so on and so forth...
So, 5 is just fine, and people can use their head and apply those to the manga as well...

Not to mention it's about knowledge, rather than power, some just don't get it.
