Jiraiya needs ma and pa to use sm,when he is fused with them,his sm is better than naruto's

fukasaku said jiraiya was one of the best at using SM so its not like his was terrible next to naruto's. it in fact was almost as powerful. if i had to say, narutos SM is actually slightly better than kabuto's but kabuto has a stronger base form so he appeared massively stronger than naruto in SM
