(Let me rephrase that. This is without Shima or Fukasaku's -abilities-. A lot of Jman's moves revolved around them combining with him. This is without them combining their moves with him.

Naruto's... by a landslide. Naruto is a perfect Sage. Jiraiya is an imperfect Sage, which is why he needs Ma and Pa for Sage Mode.

Decent question. Naruto's is more natural because he doesn't look like a frog and get warts, but jiraiya has better techniques, although he was aided by the two elder frogs. Id have to say naruto's is much better though. He can use bunshin to build up reserves of nature chakra, extending the amount of time he can stay in sage mode.

Well, you can't really take away Ma and Pa and allow Jiraiya to have Sage Mode. In any case, Jiraiya was the more seasoned shinobi and I believe SM Jiraiya > SM Naruto.
