One of the coolest characters ever designed. There's a learning curve to him, but I take a lot of pride in knowing that I may be the only one in the room able to use him. In Street Fighter Alpha 1 he was the KING of chains. Damn near unstoppable. He's been toned down since, but he's still one of a kind.......
