As the title follows, who's your favorite Game of Thrones character from the show(not books)

Please no Spoilers from the books

It is a difficult choice for me since I love almost all of the characters.

Ned Stark
used to be my favorite until he died

Rob Stark

Tyrion

Jon Snow

Hound

Arya

Jaime Lannister

All of these are my favorites, but as for my all time favorite, as odd as it may be it would be......

Stannis Baratheon

-I just love his backstory and character. He's a tragic hero. With the first impression everyone hated him, but as you get to know him you see that he is a conflicted individual.

He abides the law and believes in justice, but then the question arises what is justice?

You see that he was hated his whole life and treated unfairly(like Rob making Renly the successor of Storm's End and not Stannis and Stannis being denied the throne currently) which is why he's always brooding.

We also see that his morals are driven by Ser Davos and Melisandre. He listens to both.

He believes in Melisandre's promises but is doubtful of her actions, which is why he has Ser Davos question him. He wants to know whether what he is doing is right.

I think his selling point for me was in season 2 Blackwater Battle. After the Green Fire, Stannis just marches ahead like a badass with no fear. It was epic.

I'm excited to see more of him in the next season, for I do know some things that happen in the novel with him.

Who is your favorite and why?

Any and all of the Stark children. If you've read the books, you know that their revenge is slow, but it's coming. And when it does, it's gonna light shit up. :D

I'd have to say Tyrion or arya. I just think that for a little girl, arya is a bad ass. And Tyrion is the only Lancaster that has any good in him (I guess Jaime does too but to an extent)

I used to hate Jaime, but he became one of my favorites after Season 3.

We got to see more from his perspective, and it was revealed that he's not a selfish bastard like we thought. He put his life on the line for Brienne and loves Tyrion when everyone else hates him.

Also the whole Kingslayer thing was misunderstood because no one knew what really happened and Ned judged him for it without hearing his side of the story(which is why Jaime disliked him but still respected him)

- Jamie Lannister: Started out as a friggin a-hole 1st class and suddenly during the events of S2-S4 I started to love the character.

- Tyrion: Yeah...nuff said

- Tywin: Complete BAWS, knows what's what and how's how.

- Jon Snow: Bad ass 1st class.

- Oberyn: He fought well, but his arrogance killed him

I've never seen this show. Is it any good? What is it about? I've been watching The Tudors on Netflix again. That's a great one too.
Honestly, Game of Thrones is quite possibly the best show ever made.

1. Amazing story, based on best-selling novels

2. Biggest budget/highest quality TV

3. Amazing casting/actors

4. Each season is better than the last. This rare for TV shows

5. It's unique. It's not a typical run of the mill fantasy. It's very dark, brutal, twisted and every character is vulnerable to death. This makes the show unexpected.

6. I've seen a lot of TV shows.(Rome, Heroes, Breaking Bad, Fire-Fly, Star Trek, Walking Dead, Buffy, etc, etc.) and Game of Thrones blew me away like none of those other shows.
