I voted for Tobi, because he was just so freaking funny, however I don't really like Madara.
The second I liked the most was kakuzu, I find it so hilarious in the anime when he talke to Hidan. He always says at the end of half his sentences "I'll kill you", just like Achmed the dead terrorist.
