akainu is the strongest with his tenacity. but if you really look in to it. aokiji has the best potential to be the hardest one to beat out of all chars. why? for me there are 3 reasons
1. As far as what iv seen, aokiji is the only devil fruit user that does not worry about water. He can use it as advantage over the likes of akainu. and honestly akainu is the easiest strong person to beat. just throw some water on that mofaka. jinbei shoulda raped his ass easily.
2. his base speed is like dbz style. i think hes faster than kizaru at times. since kizaru charges before he teleports at times. and i think kizarus speed is overated sometimes.
3. hes calm and thinks first.
