Whos the strongest admiral??

Aokiji is the strongest, because he acts calm and with strategy.
Akianu is a hothead and relies on strength to compensate for his rash actions
Kizaru is slooooow in the head and the 3rd admiral in my book.
If Aokiji and Akianu would fight it would clearly be a win for Akianu but that is because the abilities of the devilfruits. So that is just unlucky but for any other marine mission I would pick Aokiji over Akianu. Logic over absolute justice.

Each of the 3 Admirals have their faults to a high degree....but also has their great strengths and views of Justice.
Aokiji - Lazy, and highly laid back. While he is quite powerful with his Ice powers. Out of the three Admirals I have to consider his view of Justice better than the other 2, and does show some Mercy to others as shown when Robin was a child, and when he froze both Robin and Luffy.
Akianu - Hotheaded to a T. Very powerful with his Lava techniques as shown dealing the fatal blows to both Ace and Whitebeard. Has the worst view of Justice out of all three, as shown when he only wished to kill both Ace and Luffy due to whose blood runs threw their veins.
Kizaru - Although he is strong as hell with his Light powers.....that is the complete opposite for his intellect....which is not too bright. Not entirely sure on what his view of justice is seeing as he mainly targets Pirates that have a reputation or a bounty, or pirates who have eluded him.
So as for the "strongest" I would say it's a tie between Aokiji and Akianu even though I despise him xd

Weakness between devil fruits has been seen before though, and Luffy is shown overcoming it to defeat strong enemies such as Crocodile. I would consider aokiji the strongest, mainly because of the way he acts and the fact that Sengoku suggested him as the replacing Fleet Admiral. Also we haven't been shown whether or not Aokiji uses Haki, but I imagine as an admiral of the marines he has to have some sort of Haki
I don't think you can overcome ice's weakness to lava
Next time a volcano erupts you start throwing ice in it. I'll start running.
Akianu's flames could even burn ace's flames. And Aokiji's ice was no match for Ace.

Unfortunately even though i really don't like the bastard, Akianu is the strongest right now, then Aokiji, then Kizaru, all of them are ridiculously strong. Aokiji was chosen as fleet admiral because of strategy and calm rather than strength.

I just can't see Aokiji win against Akainu in a one-on-one brawl... As much as that pains me.

Btw, I'd hate to see the 3 awesome Logia Admirals separate. But maybe we will get a Green Peach with the Earth Logia?
