Who's The Most Strategical Ninja In The NV? (No Prep Time)

In my opinion I would definitely have to say Sasuke.

Reasons:

¤ He was able to identify the element of Deidara's jutsu

¤ He did a science experiment whilst being mid battle (did i use that right, i think i did)

¤ He produced a cumunolimbus(or storm cloud) with his fire style to create a lightning style jutsu from pure lighning itself.

Sure Shikamaru is strategic, but I'm deciding this based on what has been shown and the outcome of their strategy.

Who do you think is the most strategic?

I get what you're saying. Sasuke is a fast learner and is able to come up with ideas quickly and put them to good use with remarkable results. He wasn't a genius in his class for anything obviously. He's not up to par with his brother, but now he will most likely surpass him.

Shikamaru however is good at planning before the battle and getting it done just as he planned it, and now he's obviously going to surpass his father.

This is a tough one.
I'll give it to Minato.This guy has outsmarted the most difficult opponent in NV in the blink of an eye.
BTW sasuke has more feats tho.He defeated some of the strongest ninjas of his time(Itachi,Deidara,Danzo).
