Orihime can heal multiple poeple as she did during the arancaar arc when they invaded the town. She healed Sado, Ishida, and rukia all together in Ichigo's room.

So what She could Heal the while 5 Kage and Samnin and Konoha 11 there she can heal the ones that matter if she could heal a thousand she can clearly heal them

Did you see ichigo's fight with Juugo? Orihime was called in to heal Ichigo. Orihime wasn't finished and Juugo tried to attack her when she had her shield up. It takes the force of the attackers power and reflects it right back. Sakura's punches will only succeed in killing herself.

This is true that Sakura has the ability to heal large groups of people. But Orihime can heal multiple people as well. She has never really been put in a position where she was needed to heal an army before however so I can't rightly say she is incapable of doing it.
But since she hasn't shown this feat I will give that to Sakura. But Orihime's healing quality is much greater than Sakura. Sakura cannot heal lost or completely obliterated body parts.
As far as martial prowess goes. Yes Sakura is the better fighter. But that doesn't mean she wins against Orihime who has a superior defense where whe can reflect the damage of Sakura's punches right back at her only making Sakura succeed in injuring or even killing herself. Not to mention Orihime does have offensive capabilities, but these abilities do pale in comparison to Sakura's

Sakura...People saying Orihime are stupid because the question is who is the best "Healer" the key word being HEAL.Orihime doesn't heal,something I doubt the original poster understands.Orihime ability allows her to reject phenomena, thus returning something to it's previous form through the reversal of time.
Example: Orihime returned Grimjow's arm that Kiname cut off and blasted to nothingness.The best comparison to Orihime ability would be The Creation Of All Things jutsu;while they are not the same, the end resort is similar.You can't heal something that no longer exist and I you can't heal inanimate object, Orihime can return a building to it's original state, that isn't healing.

Just saying, Orihime doesn't exactly heal.
She breaks the rules of time and space to reject the reality of whatever injury.
Also... she can expand the area that's effected to heal multiple people.
While I'm at it... she also has a shield that when struck will reflect the force back at the attacker with power equal to the attack, this means that one punch and Sakura solos herself.
Don't say any crap about Sakura getting around the shield because it is activated quickly enough to counter attacks from bleach, where trying to speed blitz and attack where they are off guard takes place in every fight.

The correct answer. Orihime doesn't heal. Even I, someone who gave up on Bleach a long time ago, knows this. The GrimJow's example sums it up perfectly.
So the clear winner is Sakura.

The Only Reason is cos she can heal Aizen needed that.Her attack capabilities are frankly quite crap compared to sakura.
Like I Said one Punch and it's over If she summons katsuyu then it's a rape

If She get's toppled on by a mini katsuyu who is quite frankly larger than a human she is dead if a sleep bomb knocks her out sakura punches her.Poison Kunai Can Cause injuries.Sakura dosen't only punch and Orihime will eventually die
