To break something down for someone, you must first understand it. In your previous posts you have shown that you haven't been able to understand the difference between what you are saying and what i am saying. And how your method to prove my logic is flawed, and actually has zero influence on my logic.
Orochimaru was slated to become Hokage. That never happened because of, and only because of, insanity, not lack of strength. So if Orochimaru weren't insane, he'd have been the Hokage over Tsunade. Therefore, according to you, the only reason Tsunade is stronger than Orochimaru is because of Orochimaru's insanity?
It did not happen because Kishimoto decided to not make it happen. You can't prove anything wrong about the Hokage logic.. at all. You can only bicker about how Hiruzen considered his male students to be his favorites.. and how his only female student was calling for reforms and was the more accomplished ninja when they were "SANIN".. and how his "Not favorite" student also happened to be one of the main reasons konoha won the 2nd war and not his other 2 students.
Did you ever understand why Hiruzen liked Orochimaru? Because similar to him Oro wanted to learn new techs. Tsunade had zero desire to become Hokage, infact she was supporting Dan to be Hokage. Why would hiruzen consider Tsunade for Hokage after that?
Furthermore, when the time for 4th Hokage's decision came, for who to be Hokage.. Tsunade had already left the village.. with her whereabouts unknown. So do tell me why he would spend the time to go look for someone who didn't give a shit about the title of Hokage, and also left the village. Hiruzen sure wasn't that much of an idiot.
And yes, according to me it is that way. Because it is that way. It's just common sense that strength is not the only requirement to be Hokage. When Danzo convinced the Daimyo to make him Hokage, he did not do it through a show of strength. He convinced the Daimyo through words, ideology, whatever you'd like to call it.

Problem is you still fail to understand what I am saying. Did I state people in Naruto-verse chose the Hokage based on who is strongest? no. This has nothing to do with how the hokage is chosen. So your entire argument has nothing do with what I said.
Danzo convinced the Daimyo , he was even held sub Hokage, and he was going to be officially made the Hokage soon... guess what happened? Kishimoto killed him off. Because the strongest of his generation.. the man who Danzo never surpassed was the one to become the Hokage..
Hashirama - Strongest of his generation
Tobirama - Strongest of his generation
Hiruzen - strongest of his generation
Minato - strongest of his generation
Kakashi - strongest of his generation
Naruto - Strongest of his generation
But when it comes to Tsunade, it all changed?? Rofl
If you do not chose to believe in this then don't. But fact of the matter is when someone is made Hokage, they are the strongest of their generation.
