We can assume that Muu's arsenal of Doton is similar to his student Onoki, so I say that Muu wins with extreme difficulty.

oh ya that is true that is why i said if he gets hit with that its finished but remember itachi can just use a piece of susanno to block the dispel it also and keep moving i dont think muu has any moves that would require a full susanno i mean the raikage liger bomb only cracked it and it wasnt even complete i know that was sasuke not itachi but to me susanoo is basically susanoo minus the yata mirror that is but anyway im rambling haha so again itachi could jus use like susanoo rib block and then dispel and move

but thats only cause the bombs were to small to see not invisible his muus techniques is said to wipe all traces of him away imo that means chakra to

It all depends on if Itachi can see Muu if he goes invisible.

If he can, Itachi wins in my opinion. Dust release is only an elemental attack so the Yata mirror should be able to counter it. Also Muu died against a genjutsu user so that is a case for Itachi.

If Itachi can't see him then Muu wins, for obvious reasons.
