No. They did nothing of the sort. They held their ground for a while, but they took nothing down. That implies that they actually defeated some of them, which they didn't.

Orochimaru and Kakashi are pretty similar in that they focus on ninjutsu for most of their battles. One wishes to learn all the jutsu in the world, while the other is hyped to have copied loads of them. I feel however that Kakashi is under Orochimaru's league on a regular matter, with 1 extremely powerful trump card as his disposal. Over all Oro > Kakashi.

I love J man but Oro did take on him and Tsunade (also 2 summons against 1) while he didn't even have his arms. Kabuto helped too but still... That's not even in his prime

One problem with this, Orochimaru had no arms, but Jiraiya couldn't use ninjutsu because of Tsunades poison.So the fight was pretty much an advantage for Orochimaru seeing as they both couldn't used ninjutsu and all of Jiraiya jutsus were weaken because of the poison.This was proven when jiraiya tried to used needle jizo and his hair didn't harden to the point of stopping Orochimaru.Furthermore, Orochiramu really wasn't taking on Tsunade as for the majority of the battle until Tsunade started pounding Orochimaru's body, she was fighting Kabuto.Saying Kabuto helped,when Kabuto did the majority of the fighting while using Tsunade fear of blood against her is stupid to say the least.The only time Orochiramu got near Tsunade was when she was shaking because of her hemophobia and threw herself in front of naruto to stop Orochimaru from killing naruto.The rest of their interaction consisted of Tsunade repeatedly punching Orochimaru.

To put it simply, Orochimaru taking them both on sound nice, but it simply not true.Orochimaru took on Jiraiya, who was weaken by Tsunade's poison and couldn't used ninjutsu, giving the advantage to Orochimaru who snake like ability allow him to battle in that manner.Jiraiya on the other hand, who the majority of his attacks are ninjutsu base, was at a severe disadvantage because he couldn't use his strongest techniques and even the few techniques he manage to used weren't up to stuff because he couldn't build up enough chakra.
