Yes Minato did seal Kurama then die but that was Kurama at 100% of his power Orochimaru couldn't handle 4 tails from a sealed weaker version of the Kyuubi that's pretty clear whom was stronger he could have dragged the fight out against Kurama but as we know Kushina was the main reason Minato used Shiki Fūjin her life was coming to an end and because she wouldn't have been able to see Naruto grow.

that is assuming Kurama is weaker when inside a Jin. For all we know, Jins double their power when used at their max potential inside a Jin such as Naruto currently. Bee might be the exception, as he doesn't have as many cool-looking forms... (thank-you Kishi... Lol)

Oro with edo wins low diff,contract seal cant stop edo,only the specific handsigns can do it. Edo continues even after the caster is dead.

No one said it would stop edo, you clearly don't understand the contract seal at all.

What it will do is remove Oro's control of the edo's, just it removed Tobi's control of Kyubi, Oro would be forced to either end the jutsu, or to fight Minato and the senju brothers, which is an obvious case of suicide.

Oro tanked a tbb,rasengan isnt hurting him,injuries from kunais will be healed effortlessely,oro's ten thousand snake tech will still be on the field as well. Oro is just too much for minato
