Who's stronger, Kakashi+Darui or Kisame+Zbuza?

Who's stronger, team cool and laid back, which consists of Kakashi the copy cat and Darui, or team Land of waves swordsmen, which consists of zabuza and Kisame? All are at their prime, only Kakashi does not possess the executioner blade since it belongs to Zabuza, but other than that here's how the fight is outlined:

Location: Land of Waves

Starting distance: 100 meters

Condition: All healthy and at their prime strength.

Restrictions: None

scenario: Darui draws his blade along with his other weapons out, Kakashi activates his sharingsn and formulates a strategy with Darui, Kisame fuses with Samehada and Zabuza has his blade ready. Who wins, team kakashi:

Kakashi has already defeated Zabuza... so now teamed up with Darui his main focus would be on Kisame. Plus Darui lightning style should out do their Water Style.

Also, Kisame can absorb chakra meaning Darui and Kakashi is at a greater disadvantage since their chakra reserves will deplete rapidly.

At the same time, Zabuza is a better swordsman that Darui.

Team 2. Sure kakashi can take out zabuza again but the main problem is kisame. He can turn the battle field into water easily and merge with his sword to out swim out. Zabuza could use hidden mist jutsu while kisame makes the dome so they don't know where to go. I don't see how kakashi and darui can beat kisame.

I expect at least one person say kakashi can kumai kisame away or his sword... Even though it would most likely drain a majority of his chakra..

team kakashi now not to be mean but Zabuza is by far the weakest here kakashi 3 years ago beat him and kakashi a lot stronger now. so i say kisame is a little stronger than garui but could hold his own till kakashi killed Zabuza then it is 2 one one and kisame would loss that for sure

But kisame is fused with samehada, and could create a huge amount of water to engulf kakashi and darui, thus making it impractical for kakashi or darui to use lightning element as it would harm them, aswell as kisame and zabuza if they were in the water, though i only think kisame would be in the water as he can breathe underwater when fused with samehada and zabuza can't.

zabuza could easily surround the huge area of water with mist and use the silent killing technique to kill anyone who escapes, though i doubt kakashi or daub would be able to get out of the water as kisame could create a huge amount like when he fought bee, and since he would be fused with samehada he can easily catch up and kill kakashi or darui. Kakashi has low chakra levels so if kisame attacked him or grabbed him, or darui, it would drain all/most of their chakra instantly.

Now lets say kakashi used kamui and tries to suck in kisame instantly? Well thats never happened cause stuff like that don't happen in naruto but if it did, well remember back to when he was chasing deidara flying on his clay bird, kakashi was unable to suck in even deidara's arm easily and kisame could easily run and move about, or use a water technique to block kakashi's vision or force him to move.

Darui can't fight zabuza very easily if he uses the silent killing technique, so it would be logical that kakashi would try and fight him, but then thats leaves daruyi with kisame, which kisame would win, so basically these points + the others that i haven't bothered listing all suggest that kisame and zabuza would defeat kakashi and darui.

but you forget acording to the stipulation kakashi and Darui had time to make a plan so that would come into affect
