Who's more intellegient Itachi/Kakashi/Minato?

itachi best strategies have been due to the powers of others he has never actually fulfilled one of his owns plans himself minato was pretty much solo and hand tougher competition to deal with and did WAY faster than itachi,if compared to that of minato strategies which were good while he was alive and while he is dead makes itachi strategies seriously look like a far cry,

At his age, his strategic planning is on the level of a Kage, he always expects both his main plan and backup plans to fail and plans accordingly before the battle even starts. And when he finds himself in a tight spot he,again, thinks several steps ahead.

minato and itachi can swap depending on certain aspects

As far as planning things out in the long run, sure Itachi made a plan to span out years, but it failed. He has shown nothing in terms of analyzing his opponent mid battle and using their strengths against them, he just uses his eye. Minato and Kakashi are both really good at determining their opponents abilities and effectively taking them out. Kakashi and Minato BOTH discovered how Obito's attack works and created a strategy to defeat them. That being said, Minato was able to do this much faster and determine that although Tobi was not Madara, only someone with Madaras intel could accomplish what Tobi had accomplished. Kakashi was only able to discover what the secret behind Obito's ability was because he has Kamui. In this sense, Minato has Kakashi beat, but Kakashi has demonstrated several times that he can find a weakness in his opponents defenses, he just doesn't always have the chakra necessary to defeat them. If we are going on hype, i'd say that Minato and Kakashi are equal. Minato was considered by many to be a genius and Kakashi was the leaf's 'Greatest Tactician'. One further thing to consider: Look at Minato's attacks. He didn't create this big powerful moves even though he was capable of doing so. His original techniques are the rasengan (a very powerful technique that didn't require much chakra) and ftg (a technique that also seemingly takes little chakra and can move him to a location INSTANTLY). This gives Minato that 'forethought' that Itachi demonstrated. So in the end, my list is: Minato, Kakashi, Itachi

Minato is the smartest, right after him goes Itachi and then Kakashi. Btw, I think that Shikamaru should be above Itachi but since you only asked about these 3 that's my decision.
