I think Itachi. We've seen Itachi more in battle and how he always stays calm and analyses things. Plus he supposedly had the same reasoning and ideals of a hokage at the age of 7 and was the youngest ANBU captain. IDK, the war arc kinda brought down my respect for Minato a little (that might just be me though).

Itachi the guy only has about 6 justus yet made it where he is, when you think of this manga you think of itachi because of how he molded sasuke and changed so much.. Minato is nothing but a screwup who only goes by talent for battle annd strategy that is good but not anything that you actually would think about, while itachi on the other hand is always on the keen side stopping Nagato within minutes and only one command is pretty skilled, anyone can put faith into there offspring. good day sir
