well there are basically 3 lightning jutsu kakashi uses (I'd hardly count raikiri and chidori as 2 seperate ones, since one is just a stronger version of the same move. Personally I don't even agree with the idea of calling them 2 different things, just like rasangan and giant rasangan aren't 2 different things, one's just much more chakra put into it)... but
raikiri, lightning clone, and the lightning dog thing.
and sauske: chidori, full body chidori, chidori needles, spear, the move where it follows along the ground, and kirin.
Honestly I'd give it to sauske simply because kakashi hasn't spent nearly as much time developing his ability to shape and manipulate lightning chakra. Sauske seems to have made it a central theme of his fighting style, as where with kakashi it's only a small part of it-- though raikiri is usually his finishing move. But sauske has developed even stronger lightning jutsu at this point, and seems like at this point he's probably much more proficient with shape manipulation than kakashi.
