How would Water Dome effect Mangetsu who is from the Hozuki? I doubt you even know anything about the Hozuki clan, but they have an ability to liquefy their bodies.USing Water Dome would be pointless against Mangetsu, unless the intent is to make him even harder to kill.Great Shark Bullet is a straight forward attack.Mangetsu speed and silent killing ability would get to Kisame long before he could hit Mangetsu with that attack.Not to mention, he can simply liquefy his body.


Like I said, Mangetsu is stronger.
