RECENT SPOILERS AHEAD, TURN BACK IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THEM
Replace the Straw Hats in the Whole Cake invasion with the 9 Red Scabbards. They're on the cake castle's roof and they see:
Kata, Cracker, Pero, Belly Rub Dude, Oven, Book Clown Dude, and Big Mom. They have Bege, but Bege has no men with him.
For the sake of keeping this from getting too complex, the scabbards are given the power to isolate themselves with any foe of their choosing. Multiple scabbards can be isolated with a single enemy. Each scabbard has a copy of Mother Caramel's picture to use. Lastly, winning fighters advance into the fight vs Big Mom BUT time flows. E.g. if Inu takes 2 hours to beat Cracker, he only joins whoever is/are fighting Big Mom 2 hours later; Maybe some of Big Mom's foes are dead, exhausted, or maimed by that point.
Big Questions.
How often does every scabbard make it to Big Mom? 1-10/10
How consistently would Big Mom die or become incapacitated? 1-10/10
If Big Mom doesn't die, how many hours can the scabbards keep her busy WITHOUT running away?
